At Retinosa, we stand behind the quality of every frame we create.
If your purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, you may request a return within 10 days of purchase.


Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging and condition. Once your return is received and verified, you’ll be notified by our Client Care Team regarding approval and next steps.

 

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment.


You’ll receive confirmation once the credit has been processed. Please allow your financial institution a few business days to post the refund to your account.

If it’s been more than 10 business days since approval and you still haven’t seen the refund, please contact your bank or card provider first—then reach out to us at info@retinosa.com and we’ll gladly assist.

 

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace any item that arrives defective or damaged.
To begin an exchange, please contact info@retinosa.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will coordinate a prompt replacement or resolution.

 

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or in error.
